Gulf Harbour Marina

3Sixty Brand Solutions was engaged to replicate and replace patterned panels across security gates and gangways at Gulf Harbour Marina.

The goal was to achieve a more cost-effective solution while maintaining the premium appearance of the existing patterned glass panels throughout the marina. The new panels also needed to withstand the demands of a coastal environment while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.

Rather than replacing the panels with glass, we engineered a smarter alternative using premium cast acrylic materials that delivered comparable durability, appearance, and performance with improved commercial value.

To ensure consistency, exact templates were created from the original panels and reproduced with precision.
Our solution included:

• Custom 10mm clear cast acrylic panels
• CNC router-cut shaping with flame-polished edges
• Frosted and printed finishes to replicate the original aesthetic
• Reverse laminated graphics for added durability
• Custom mounting and fixing systems for secure installation
• Precision installation across security gates and gangways

All works were completed to marina operational and Health & Safety standards using engineered mounting systems, including CNC-machined stainless steel mounts and custom 3D-printed shims for perfect alignment.

The completed installation delivered a seamless architectural match with a premium finish and long-term durability. The client was particularly impressed with the accuracy of the replication and the commercial value achieved through the alternative material solution.
